Long-term preferred, ideally around 1 year

Hanger Lane station: 10-minute walk

The room comes furnished with a bed and cupboard/storage, and the rent is very affordable for the area.

The house itself is spacious and has plenty of shared space, including a living room, dining/conservatory area, fully functioning kitchen, washer and dryer, and a rear garden. There is one main bathroom with a toilet, plus a separate second toilet.

We’re currently a household aged roughly 25–30, working across academia and the cultural/creative sector, and would ideally like someone in a similar age range who is looking for a relaxed, friendly and respectful place to live.

Bills are separate from the £400 rent.

No smoking inside the property and no pets.
