Lovely Two-Bedroom Flat – Room Available

Lovely Two-Bedroom Flat – Room Available

I have a room available in a two-bedroom flat. The room is currently set up as a single but can also be arranged as a double depending on what works best.

I’m easygoing, positive and sociable and I like to have a happy, relaxed home environment. I’ve been living in the property for over five years and have built a really good relationship with the landlord.

Keeping the home clean and tidy is important to me and I’d love to find someone who feels the same way and takes pride in their living space.

Ideally, I’d love to live with someone I get along with where we can have a chat watch something together or occasionally hang out while also being happy doing our own thing and giving each other space.

I think it’s important to feel comfortable in your own home so I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate and respectful who would like to make the flat a nice place to live.
