Double ground floor room

We’re looking for someone to take over my housemate’s room in our lovely house from the weekend of 18th December.

The rent is £800 pcm plus bills are around £150 and deposit is £900. It is a good sized ground floor bedroom and comes unfurnished but all the furniture is for sale so you could arrange that with my housemate.

The house is big characterful house with 3 other females in their early 30s working in teaching, film and sales. We all work full-time and tend to do our own thing, so it’s a pretty chilled house with plenty of space and a spare room for guests to stay.

There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer, we have a separate room for laundry, a garden, decent sized living room, two toilets and bathroom only shared with two others. The location is really good, the house is between West Ealing and Northfields station and there are loads of supermarkets and smaller shops walking distance.
