Single room available in house in a quiet street of south Ealing very close to the tube (Piccadilly line South Ealing or Northfields), a short bus ride to the central and Elizabeth lines in Ealing Broadway and access to A4/M4.
Clean, tidy family home. Have a cleaner regularly. Single very comfortable bed. Bring your own bedding and towels. Wardrobe and chest of drawers and plenty under bed (and loft) storage available. Bike shed space if needed.
On street parking with residents’ permit.
Females only. Don’t bring kitchen stuff as I have what’s needed and one cupboard for kitchen storage. Happy environment.
There is NO desk in the room.
I am a single working mum and live with one of my daughters (other daughter at university). Person should be friendly and happy to live with a family.
I work from home, so the person should be out and about most of the day and quiet in the evenings and weekends. No partying, coming back late, drunk etc as this is a family home. Fine if you cook but simple/quick rather than hours in the kitchen. Access and use of a big garden available.
Two clean, shared bathrooms so please be tidy too.
