The kitchen has an open bright south facing aspect and patio doors to the use of the sweet south facing garden; Enjoy!
The garden is a sun bathing trap (when the sun is out!) and there is a garden table and chairs and 2 x Sun Loungers permanently outside in the summer. Hang and air your washing outside too or in the lovely large bathroom on the first floor.
