Sharing with one other female in a two bed flat.

Furnished small double room with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and access to your own bathroom with bath and shower. The toilet is shared.

It's literally across from the room and is for your own use only. There is also inbuilt storage for your own use next to the room and in the bathroom. You can hang your coats, shoes, store boxes etc.

We have a large bright living room fully furnished including a sofa bed. In both summer and winter we get plenty of light and heat. If you have a lot of books and items, you are welcome to decorate the living room. You can also work/study in there.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer machine, dishwasher and large family sized fridge-freezer.

LOCATION
The flat is located between West Ealing and Ealing Broadway stations (Zone 3) which is great for getting into central London as both the Central and District lines run from Ealing Broadway. It's about a 10 min walk to Ealing Broadway and 6 min to West Ealing.

The flat is on the third floor of a privately managed complex.

I work in the City as an insurance analyst. I regularly go out with friends for dinner, drinks, movies etc. I also travel whenever I get chance, I have a holiday planned in January. I have been doing a part-time MSc and will spending most of my time completing my project for next September.

I have no preference to whether you're vegetarian, tee-total or not. I am neither but I don't often cook meat or often drink at home anyway.

The move in date can be anytime from now

Viewings are weekdays after 6.30pm and weekends. If you do come for a viewing, please come solo since this a two person household so that we can have more than a 5 minute conversation to find out whether we would get along.

Initial Costs:
5 weeks rent as a deposit (£760) would be taken by the LL and put into the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for your protection. Plus one months rent upfront.

The contract, deposit and rent will be directly with the Landlords who are members of the National Landlords Association. They are very good who get any issues resolved promptly and are very approachable and understanding.
