We have a great house in the heart of beautiful Ealing and we are looking to rent out the whole top floor. It’s self contained and feels more like a studio with king size bed, sofa, office & en-suite bathroom. There’s lots of storage.

The only shared area is kitchen & garden. The garden is especially lovely in summer with BBQ and plenty of seating.

The ideal person would be a laid back and tidy professional.

The room will be available from 1st June 2025
This room is large and has an En-suite bathroom, a king size bed, sofa area and office. There is plenty of hanging for clothes. Almost a studio.

We also have a great garden with built in BBQ, Ready for the summer weather! You will love spending time in the garden.
One months rent in advance and all bills are included.

For those who don't know Ealing. It is a very green suburb of London with lots of great parks at our doorstep.
There are also plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance of our house. Ealing offers great train and underground links, so getting around London can't be easier. We are 5 minutes walk to North Ealing station and 10 minutes walk to Ealing Broadway or West Acton stations.
