Burnham Way is a quiet residential street only minutes away from the buzz of Northfields Avenue, and bang on between Northfields / Boston Manor stations, both on the Piccadilly line and offering quick and easy access to either central London or Heathrow airport.

A variety of buses ( E2, E3, E8, 195, and N11 ) also stop nearby.

There are two Sainsbury's Local and a Tesco Metro, plus a lot of restaurants and eateries within a five-minute walk from the house.

The house is fully furnished, featuring central heating and double glazing, and it comprises four single bedrooms, a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom facilities with a separate toilet.

In addition to the above, an outdoor space/ garden comes in particularly handy if you happen to be a smoker, as this is otherwise a strictly non-smoking household.

The room is furnished with a small bed, a small desk, a wardrobe, and ample hanging space.

The rent is £550 per calendar month, and one month's deposit is required.
