One double room available in a sunny, furnished 3 bed flat on a quiet residential road about 10 mins walk to Ealing Broadway station. Top floor of a 3 storey/ 3 flats property.

The room is fully furnished - double bed, 2 chests of drawers, arm chair and coffee table (or desk and chair if preferred) and an in-built wardrobe.

The kitchen is fully equipped - all crockery, utensils etc are provided. (and microwave) We also provide iron, ironing board, vacuum etc.

And a cleaner who comes once a fortnight to deep clean communal areas!

There is not a communal living room unfortunately.

All bills are included - gas, electricity, water, council tax, tv licence & high speed broadband. Plus my cleaning/maintenance team who come fortnightly to deep clean the communal areas and provide any maintenance required.

The 2 current flat mates are professionals and are lovely, clean and tidy - it's not a party place but it's friendly!
