A furnished double bedroom with a balcony is available for one person in a two-bedroom flat in a converted Victorian house in Ealing Broadway.

The flat is spread over two levels, with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and both bedrooms upstairs on the second floor.

The kitchen is well equipped, with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, pressure cooker and coffee machine. There’s also a TV in the living room and Wi-Fi.

Bills are split equally and currently come to approximately £205/person per month, in addition to the rent.

Location and transport:
Ealing Broadway station is around 5–8 minutes’ walk away, with Central, District and Elizabeth line services, as well as National Rail (Great Western Railway). Several bus stops are less than five minutes’ walk away.

Tesco, Marks & Spencer and Morrisons are all around eight minutes away on foot, with Waitrose and Lidl towards West Ealing roughly a 15-minute walk away.

There’s a garden behind the property that looks like a small private jungle, although it doesn’t currently look like it does in the photo, as nobody has maintained or used it for the last couple of years.

About me and who I’m looking for:
I’m a working professional, respectful, clean and happy to do something social when time allows.

The room is for a single professional interested in renting long term. You can work from home if that’s what you do - that’s fine by me. I’ve also been working from home most of the week since last month, as our office temporarily moved outside London, but I hope this will be sorted out soon.
