A beautifully large and bright master bedroom is now available in our well-maintained house in Ealing, as I am relocating due to a change in workplace. All bills (heating, WiFi, council tax, cleaner, electricity) are included. The bedroom has its own bathroom and is exceptionally spacious with ample room for the bed, desk, office chair, wardrobe, drawers, and additional storage space as well which makes it ideal for someone who works from home or values comfort and space.
The property has a spacious modern kitchen with plenty of storage, which is great for cooking, hanging out, and catching up with housemates. Just off the kitchen there’s a really handy utility room with a washer and dryer (included, no extra cost).
There’s also an extra bathroom on the same floor, so if you’re already downstairs you don’t have to trek back up. The kitchen opens out through sliding doors onto a garden/patio and we already make the most of it in the summer with BBQs :)
The house is clean, well-kept and designed for easy living with a practical layout and a welcoming atmosphere throughout. We have a cleaner for the shared spaces that comes in every two weeks and this is organised by the property management company and the cost is included in the price of the room.
My current contract runs until 13th June 2026, but I’m planning to move out in the first week of May. The new tenant would take over my tenancy for the remaining period and then have the option to renew for a further year with the management company once the contract ends.
The management company has a referencing process, so I will hand over your details to the renewals team along with your agreed move in date and they will take it from there.

Ealing is a great place to live, it’s a safe and residential area with a really welcoming community. Ealing Broadway is nearby and has plenty of supermarkets (Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, M&S), high street shops, 3 gyms (Gymbox, Puregym, Nuffield), yoga studio (Triyoga), restaurants, salons and bakeries/cafés. West Ealing is also close (opposite direction) and has a Waitrose, Lidl and Iceland. Ealing is well connected with the Elizabeth line, so everything you need is within easy reach.
I am also selling the items pictured: the IKEA Micke desk, the IKEA Swivel chair, and the bedside reading lamp. Prices are as follows:
IKEA Micke desk: £75
IKEA Swivel chair: £30
Reading lamp: £10
If you’re interested, please let me know, and I can leave them in the room when I move out.
