✨ £600 semi-furnished double in Ealing Broadway (12 minutes tube to Oxford Street)✨

Hi girls! Our flatmate has to leave so we’ve got a room becoming available in our 4 bedroom house in Ealing Broadway, just minutes from the station (Elizabeth, Central and District lines are a 5min walk) and seconds away from the shopping centre. It is available now.

🛏️ The room:

The room comes semi-furnished with a double bed, a mirror on the wall, and built-in storage above the closet.

💷 The rent:

Rent is £600 per calendar month and bills are split evenly between all four of us, around £100 to £150 per month. This includes council tax and utilities.

🏡 The household:

You will live with one girl from NZ and two French girls, fully fluent in English. We are between 26-32 years old and are quite social and regularly do pub quizzes at the local, game nights, concerts etc… However we don’t have a living room so we don’t host any parties.

The most important tenant is our cat 🐱 Pumpkin who is an indoor cat and who looooves company and cuddles!

The house comes with 1.5 bathrooms and a big kitchen.

‼️Important :

None of us cook meat in the house so we are looking for someone who is veggie/vegan or at least will not cook meat in the house.

Pumpkin is our top priority, she’s very vocal and loves to play so you must be okay with her meowing and must always keep the windows or doors closed so she doesn’t escape.

We have a cleaning rota which we adhere to every week and we always clean up after ourselves (kitchen/shower/toilets).

We socialise together so we are looking for someone who would get along with us, however we understand if you want to spend time in your room too!

📍 The location:

If you don’t know Ealing, it’s a very leafy and cute neighbourhood with lots of nice cafes and shops. The house is seconds away from the main shopping centre with lots of shops, including a Big Tesco, Primark, a Nuffield Gym, a PureGym, lots of charities shops… there are also a lot of pubs nearby and of nice cafes and restaurants! We are minutes away from Walpole Park, great for running, picnicking and holds nice events in the summer!

No students or couples I’m afraid, and we’re looking for someone over 25 with a right to work in the UK.
