Mon to Fri only 3mins walk Ealing B'way station

I have a good sized single room, share bathroom with me. The house also has another separate loo. The room is Monday to Friday only for a male whose main home is outside London.
This accommodation is not suitable for someone who needs to park their car nearby (it’s in Ealing Council Parking Zone A). Parking times are very restrictive because it’s so close to the station and permits are not available for tenants.
No smoking or vaping, a modest rather than enthusiastic cook. I have BT high-speed infinity broadband. I have a cat, who is not allowed in the room. Bed linen is changed as required.
