It’s a 2b2b duplex flat. Your bedroom, bathroom, and most of the space are on the first floor, while I live upstairs. so it often feels more like having your own studio space and a “neighbour-style” flatmate arrangement :)

The bedroom is southwest-facing with lovely natural sunlight (which honestly makes London winters much happier ☀️). The view outside is also super calming.

Furniture for the room would need to be arranged by you, but I’m happy to help assemble things ,beds, desks, wardrobes etc. are weirdly one of my skills haha. Trust me, I can help you assemble all your furniture!Hahaha
