✨ Looking for a friendly and clean flatmate for a gorgeous 2-bed apartment looking out onto Haven Green, to move in around 28 August. 🏡💛

🪴 Hoping to find a likeminded person to move together, as I'm looking to really put a personal/creative touch to this flat and I always try to make a house a home - ✨ love to decorate for Birthdays, 🎂 will be bringing my Christmas tree with me for the living room come December, 🎄 etc. I would like to build a warm & friendly place to live, but I do really value my own time at home to wind down and totally understand and respect others' quiet time/space. 🤍

🌈 Hoping to find another LGBTQ+ friendly person, hopefully a young professional who is creative and cat-friendly - 🐈‍⬛ I am moving with my gorgeous, loving and clean cat Baby (I have included pics) who has made fast best friends with everyone I've ever lived with. 💕

🛋️ The flat comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, fabulous new large couch and coffee table (not pictured but I have viewed irl), 📺 Smart TV with Firestick, 🎮 Nintendo Switch, and the most fabulous big garden at the back of the property. 🌸🌿

💸 The rent + bills (council tax, wifi and all utility) all included will be 1,250pcm, honestly so great for a 2-bed in this location as it's literally 🚶‍♀️ 2 mins walk from the front door to Ealing Broadway station (lizzy line aircon is a godsend in this heat). ❄️🚆

🛏️ Quick note - the picture of the available bedroom shows only a small grey sofa, but I have made an agreement with the landlord that by move-in day he will have a double bed and drawers installed. It's actually a decently sized double room and you can really make it your own. ✨
