Room available in a friendly 3 bed flat, 4 minutes from Ealing Broadway
We're a flat of three guys: Jordan, Sam and Dan. I'm moving in with my partner, so I'm looking for someone to take over my room.
Jordan is 28 and works in accountancy. Sam is 29 and is an actor who also works in sales. Both are super friendly and enjoy football, board games, theatre, coffee and the occasional pub quiz. We'd like someone who'll fit in and enjoy being part of the flat.
The room
Spacious, with plenty of space to work from home. I'm home three days a week and have never felt short of room.
The flat
A tidy 3 bed with a shared living area and kitchen. The bathroom is shared with Jordan. It's a 4 minute walk to Ealing Broadway and under 10 to Ealing Common. It's unfurnished in the lease, but as I'm moving abroad I'm happy to talk about what you would be interested in.
Costs
Rent £850 a month, deposit £872, bills just under £150 a month each.
