Big Spacious Room Ealing Broadway

Hello,

I have a spacious room available for rent in a 2 bedroom flat. The room has a king bed, sofa and a table.

It has spacious kitchen which includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle an a toaster available for use. There is also a huge garden available to use.

During the week I will not be at the property, just occasionally on the weekends. So the house will be free for your comfort.

This is more of a home then a house, very warm an cosy. I have added a few pictures however they don't do justice to how big the room really is.

I am looking for a female tenant only, as my previous tenant was a male and caused to many issues. The house rules are that you will not be able to bring any friends/ boyfriends round. Non smoking room. I am looking preferably for a working professional.


The flat is located in a fabulous quiet and secure area. It's a 7-minute walk to Ealing Broadway station. From Ealing Broadway you have all the major rail lines and also the National rail from Ealing to Paddington would take you 12 minutes. There are numerous bus services available also all walking distance to the flat.

Available next to the flat are many shops and local supermarkets also the Broadway shopping centre located 10 minutes from the flat.

The rent is £650 including all bills and Wifi access. Im not acting behalf of an agency nor do I want any agency calling me.
