Amazing Double Room near Ealing Broadway

I am a current tenant of this house. I want to find a person to take over my room from 21st of January. This is a contract of 12 months with a break clause at 6 months. You can choose either 6 months or 12 months to sign.

This is a fully new furnished house when I moved in September 21st of 2017. It is located in W5. 6 mins walking to Ealing Broadway Tube station (Central line & District Line & Ealing Broadway Train station) and 8 mins walking to Ealing Common Tube station (Piccadilly Line). It is very convenient because only 10mins walking to Sainsbury Local, Tesco Metro, Morrisons, One Pound Land, Boots and M&S etc and 20 mins Tube to the city of London.

The house is not located on the Main Street so it is quiet outside during night. Totally 5 bedrooms, 2 of each floor with 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet (more than most houses!!!) The ground floor has a spacious living room with new table, chairs, sofa and garden as well as a large kitchen with new washing machine and dishwasher and a common toilet. First floor has 2 bedrooms with 1 large bathroom for share between these 2 people and the same for the second floor. The third floor is an ensuite bedroom. All the furniture and carpet is fully new! My room is on the second floor and I will leave all the furniture bought by myself in the room (including clothing hangers, shoes storage and floor light etc.)

£834 per month including all the bills, TV and internet, fortnight cleaning service. Nice flat mates (one British girl, one British guy, one French guy, one Chinese guy and one Chinese girl). All of them are very clean, tidy young professionals without smokers. I am the Chinese girl mentioned before. This is a really really nice house and worthy viewing.
