A friendly & relaxed Australian/New Zealand couple seeking a professional (couple or single) to live in a 2-bedroom garden flat located in the heart of Ealing Broadway. We are looking for considerate people that are willing to make our home their home.

The bedroom that is available it’s very large and spacious, approximately 4m x 5m. The room consists of a double bed (plenty of room for storage underneath), large chest of drawers, 2 full size wardrobes and 2 bedside tables.

The kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, gas hob, conventional oven, microwave and all other essential cooking items needed. The bathroom has a modern shower over a large bath with a combi boiler within the flat, so no issues of running low on hot water. The flat also consists of a separate lounge room (sky+ & sky sports available) that leads to a large courtyard with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, great for the summer months.

The location is perfect, literally 2 minutes to Ealing Broadway shopping centre which has all your essential Tesco’s, Morrison’s, Sainsbury, restaurants, bars and pubs close by. It’s a 3-minute walk to the tube station (Central/District and National Rail) also easy access to the Piccadilly line as well (South Ealing/Ealing Common) and plenty of buses.

The rent is £900 is per month.

Bills will be £150 for a couple or £50 for a single person. This includes ALL bills such as council tax, water, gas, electric, virgin fibre optic broadband, Sky+ TV, tv licence and a cleaner in fortnightly. In total, rent and bills is £1050 for couples and £950 for a single person.

The bond is £500, for the property this will be returned to you when you depart the property. This can be paid as instalments as we know it is a large amount of money to pay all at once.

The room is available on the 7th of May but moving date can be flexible.

The flat is a quiet, relaxing place, we enjoy spending the weekends discovering what London has to offer and recovering from the working week.
