We have a double room available with a large balcony overlooking a quiet, well-stocked garden in a family house sharing with a couple occasionally and sometimes not at all, as we both work in different parts of the country.

The room is available from 17/08/2026.

The room has recently been decorated, though, not ensuite it is next to the main bathroom and there is a toilet downstairs.

There is also a front room available as an office space.

There is a newly decorated kitchen with new Hotpoint appliances, awashing machine and dihwasher, off street parking and a large garage for storage half of which is currently used as a gym space.

The property is 10 minutes walk from Ealing Common tube and 5 minutes by bus or 15 minutes walk to Ealing Broadway and the Elizabeth Line.

We are a quiet couple, one English, one Thai and I also live part of my time in Leeds, where I have my business, and my partner has a flat in East London so there are often weeks when we are away, but when we are here we are quite sociable and make Thai and British food, play board games and you are welcome to join us.

Council Tax Band E. All bills are included.

We are looking for someone who would appreciate having more room than a traditional room rental and who can live independently when we are away and who enjoys the serenity of a home with a garden and outdoor leisure space.
