King sized room with views of Ealing Common

Looking to fill a room on the top floor of our shared flat. The current 3 housemates (27F, 26F, 25M) have lived here for almost a year and are replacing a 4th flatmate who recently left.

The room has 2 built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and shelving. The bed comes with mattress and is king sized. There is a desk and desk chair and 2 smallish drawers in the room.

Downstairs (1st floor) has a small shared kitchen, large communal living room, bathroom with shower over bath and one bedroom. The upstairs (2nd floor) has 3 bedrooms (the larger front bedroom available) and a small toilet and shower.

The location is great midway between Ealing Broadway and Ealing Common stations so the commute into London is very quick with the Elizabeth line, central, district and Piccadilly.
The house looks onto the common and is a short walk from many great pubs and the high street.

Current flatmates have become close friends and therefore we are looking for someone new who is sociable but respectful and keeps communal spaces tidy and clean!

Bills are not included but are split equally between the flatmates - roughly totalling around £100-150 each for council tax, water, gas & leccy, wifi (more in winter, less in summer).
