Since I'm moving in with my boyfriend, I'm looking for someone nice to take over my double bedroom in our friendly home.

The room is a double bed room not facing the street but the gardens. It's always very quiet even though you're only 2 minutes away from the station (Ealing Common).

Every room is furnished. Washing machine, dishwasher, all cooking utilities (oven, microwave, utensils...). A spacious open plan kitchen (with a central island) next to an equally spacious living room (with two sofas, a tv, a dining table). Both face the garden. High ceilings everywhere. Separate bathroom and toilet. Top floor flat with private garden access.

Bills are included in the price (including fast broadband Internet).

The roommates: There are 4 bedrooms. The biggest one has its own en-suite bathroom. Your housemates are all professionals. Everyone is very friendly and easy to live with. Chores are all very well organised according to a shared planner.

Local amenities shops include a Sainsbutys local and Starbucks/Costa/Nando's right on the corner. There's also a nice pub nearby. You can find a gym and bigger supermarkets in Ealing Broadway just 10 minutes walk away.
