We are looking for a third person to share a lovely flat. The location is great for access to Central London and Imperial College is within walking distance.

Either male or female very welcome. The flatmates are both graduates working full time.

The room available is a double with a king size bed, large built-in wardrobe and a desk. It faces the garden at the back of the building so is very quiet.

The flat is in a very well maintained period building - second floor (with lift) so its lovely and bright, with a small balcony/terrace. The flat is fully furnished - clean and modern with a very nice living room and kitchen. The Landlord pays for a cleaner and the flatmates are clean and tidy

The flat is on a quiet residential street. The location is amazing - less than one minutes walk to the tube and plenty of coffee shops, pubs and bars, restaurants, supermarket etc all within five minutes. Hyde Park and Holland Park are within walking distance.
