Building is very secure as it is two floors up. M&S, Co-Op, Burger King, Boots are all a stones throw away.
The room is nicely furnished as shown in the pictures. Housemate must be clean, respectful, quiet and professional.
I have recently got a rowing machine which any flatmate is welcome to use (Water Rower) as long as they use it respectfully.
