The room comes furnished with a comfortable double bed, storage space, and a desk for your convenience. You'll have access to your very own private bathroom with shower.

The house is a 2nd floor apartment at 4 min walk from both Earl's Court station (Piccadilly and District line) and West Brompton Station (District and Overground). In the area there are plenty of restaurants, groceries (local Tesco and M&S at 2min walking distance, larger Sainsbury and Waitrose at 7 to 10min walking), laundry shops etc.

The room is available for rent starting late July 2026. Rent does not include heating, electricity and council. Broadband is included.

Looking for someone clean and repsectful of shared spaces. Not looking for best friends but would appreciated a good flatmate dynamic.
