Double bedroom (for single occupancy) in wonderfully located 2 bedroom garden flat in quiet street in Earls Court - available from 3 September 2026.

The fully furnished room and flat comprises of two bedrooms, one shared bathroom, a well- proportioned reception room (which is currently converted to a large dining room), a separate fully-fitted kitchen, a conservatory, and a very large private garden (we have sole access).

I have two adorable, fluffy cats, so not ideal if you’re allergic to them!

3 mins walk to the transport links of Earls Court tube station (servicing the Piccadilly and all District Lines) and 8 mins walk to West Brompton for the Overground. Plenty of grocery shops nearby: a huge Tesco 3 mins walk and Coop, Sainsbury’s, M&S and Boots pharmacy nearby on Earls Court Road.

Rent (£350 a week) includes all utility bills and sharing the common spaces. You’ll likely have the flat to yourself for some weeks due to me being away too.
