The requirement is 6 Weeks rent in advance.. (no deposit.)
This will be your 1st month and 2 weeks end of tenancy rent of the agreement.

There is a private communal garden /park at the back of the property which is a private gated area that can be used - buy a key .(Philbeach garden)

Locks and keys on all bedroom doors for your personal security.
Security video outside building and speaker phone to flat at the entrance of main front door building .
