Double room in a 2-bed flat, Bolton Gardens, Chelsea, available 1 November
Hi everyone!
I'm leaving a flat I've loved for 4 years, so there's a big double room up for grabs in a lovely 2-bedroom flat on Bolton Gardens, Chelsea.
The room: Large double with plenty of storage.
The location: A beautiful, quiet street within walking distance of great local spots.
The flatmate: You'd be sharing with my flatmate, who's 30, easy-going and lovely to live with.
Availability: From 1 November, with a flexible move-in date.
Bills: Around £180 pcm per person (a little less in summer).
Contract: The agent is Foxtons. I'll leave the tenancy and a new contract will be drawn up to include you as a tenant.
If you're interested, message me and we can arrange a viewing. :)
