I am going abroad for a month and have the opportunity to rent my room out for a month from November 15 - December 16

The room is a nice double room on 3rd floor with a large wardrobe, double bed, couch and a small chest of drawers in a 4 bedroom flat with a kitchen and two bathrooms.

The rent will be £950 all inclusive and there is no deposit.
Living with 2 guys & one girl all very respectful & friendly. Both guys are professional & the girl from china studies at imperial.
Sharing a kitchen with everyone and a bathroom with only one guy who barely uses it.,
