My name is Victor, and I am looking for a person to take over the other side of the flat tenancy from my current flatmate, who is moving away. I am a tidy and friendly individual, currently working as a professional in the financial industry. I respect other people's privacy, and I am also more than happy to go out for a drink at one of the many local pubs around the flat. I am also very diligent when it comes to solving any problems which might arise with the flat and have a good relationship with the property managers.
The flat is located less than five minutes away from Earls Court Station and is perfect for commutes to Central London and the City. The neighbouring area is quiet and filled with plenty of amenities, including multiple shops, pubs and green spaces.
As a tenant, your half of the rent plus all utilities, including broadband internet will be around £1,500. The starting date of the tenancy will ideally be early June, but it cannot be later than the 31st. The new tenancy law should ensure that the rent stays the same, while some utility payments can be adjusted, pending a switch to different providers.
The flat is very spacious with plenty of natural light, high ceilings, and good storage space.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom and includes an additional sink.
The room my flatmate is leaving behind will include three windows, an enormous double dresser, a double bed, a desk with drawers and a bookshelf.
