Short/long term: Mid-week or weekend stay

Located in London zone 1, I’m offering a large, furnished bedroom, with its own kitchen and dining area.

Primarily looking for someone who needs a room regularly (for example 2, 3 or 4 nights per week) rather than occasional one-off bookings.

Until I find the right long-term arrangement, I am also open to:
*short term midweek stays ( but 2 nights minimum)
*week-end stay ( short or long term)
*full week stay ( short term, max 1 month)

Available: June, August till 20th and from September 1st.
NOT available in July

Rent adjusts depending on the number of nights, and happy to come to an arrangement for someone who rents on a regular basis.

The space is comfortable, featuring a high-quality sofa bed from Willow & Hall designed for proper sleep—not a basic pull-out. You’ll have your own kitchen and dining area, with only the bathroom shared.

Located on the 2nd floor (no lift).

This setup suits a professional looking for a calm, reliable base in London. The flat is quiet and respectful—no loud music or films.

* Female professional preferred (non-smoker a must)
* Not suitable for couples
* Suitable for occasional stays or a regular arrangement
* £75 per night (all bills and Wi-Fi included) but happy to adjust for someone who come on a regular basis
* £150 refundable deposit
