Price: £225 per week, bills included.
The sublet will go through the official accommodation transfer process, and the contract and payment will be handled directly with the accommodation provider.

Tenancy period: 30 June 2026 – 6 September 2026, 10 weeks in total.
Priority will be given to someone who can cover the full period.

Requirements:
Must be a current student and able to provide student proof. Female only, as the other flatmate is female.

Room and facilities:
The room is located on the 9th/top floor, and there is a lift in the building. It comes with a single bed, wardrobe, desk, lamp, bedside table and heater. The heater was newly replaced this year. The window does not face the main road, so it is quiet at night. The room also has good phone signal and fast free Glide WiFi.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared with one female flatmate and are cleaned weekly by staff. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer. The shared living room is shared by four people in total, including the flatmate and the neighbouring suite.

There is a common room on the ground floor for studying and group discussions, as well as paid washing machines and dryers.

The reception provides 24-hour security and can collect parcels. Two access cards are required to enter the building, and guests must be registered, so the building feels very safe.

Around 3 minutes’ walk to Earl’s Court Station, with access to the Piccadilly Line and District Line. It is around 20 minutes’ walk to Imperial College South Kensington Campus, and there is also a bus stop right outside the building.

There is a convenience store and post office opposite the accommodation. M&S is around 2 minutes’ walk away, Boots is around 3 minutes away, Tesco is around 4 minutes away, and larger Sainsbury’s and Waitrose stores are around 10 minutes away. There are also many restaurants and cafés nearby, including Chinese restaurants, KFC, McDonald’s, dessert shops, bakeries, Starbucks and Pret.
