We’re two friendly girls looking for a new flatmate to join our peaceful home in Zone 1. The room is available from August 1st.

The flat is located in a quiet building with beautiful views over Nevern Square Gardens. It is very peaceful, and close to everything - just a short walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, and great transport links (2 mins walk to Earls Court Station, 7 min walk to West Brompton Station).

The flat has three bedrooms, a shared kitchen, and a shared bathroom. It’s clean, well looked after, and has a friendly atmosphere.

The room available is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, and closet:
Rent: £200 per week (excl. utilities)
Size: approximately 14 sqm

Utilities are not included in the rent. Water is around £20 per person per month. Gas and electricity are on a meter, so costs vary by season and usage, with an average of around £45 per person per month. Internet is £10 per person per month.
+ Council tax.

The landlord is local, nice, and always available if anything comes up.

Important to know: before signing a lease, standard checks will be carried out by the landlord. These include an ID check, reference letter, bank statement, and a short interview with the landlord. The process usually takes a few days.
