Spare en-suite room in Earl’s Court Maisonette

We are three students at King’s College London looking for a fourth flatmate to move into our spare bedroom. As this is our second year in London, we are still looking to explore and enjoy the city. We all love to cook and plan on doing weekly dinners together to keep the flat social. We do all have our own circles too, and two of us have an ongoing internship on the side, meaning we understand a good balance between flat community and individual private life and independence. The property is a lovely maisonette, about 5 minutes walking distance from Earl’s Court Station, with a large garden/patio and small front yard, a balcony by the kitchen, a living and dining area with a large window overlooking a classical London street in Kensington. The spare room itself is the biggest room in the flat, with an en-suite bathroom, large cupboard space and access to the patio. (As students, we do not have to pay any council tax).
