I am looking for a new flatmate to take over the second bedroom in a bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat in Earl’s Court.

The flat is on the top floor, so it gets lots of natural light and feels very peaceful. It’s also in an excellent location, just 2 minutes’ walk from Earl’s Court Station, around 10 minutes from a large Sainsbury’s, and only 2 minutes from an M&S.

The room is furnished and the flat has:

* 🛋️ A proper shared living room
* 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.
* 🚿 Shared bathroom
* ☀️ Lots of natural light
* 📍 2 minutes from Earl’s Court Station

Bills are approximately £200 per person per month, including electricity, council tax, water and internet, although this can vary.

About me

I’m a 33-year-old professional and work full-time. I’m friendly and sociable, but I’m also looking for a quiet and respectful home. I don’t have parties at the flat and really value having a peaceful place to come home to.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate and similarly appreciates a calm home environment. Ideally, someone looking for a long-term home rather than a short-term stay.

No couples, pets or smoking, please.

Additional cost: As this is a replacement tenancy, the landlord requires the incoming tenant to complete their referencing/tenancy-change process through their appointed agency. There is a £50 fee payable directly to the agency for this. This is a landlord requirement and not a fee charged by me.
