The double room

This spacious double bedroom (4m x 3.5m; 14 sqm/150 sq ft) is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, shelves, a table and chair. A separate bathroom plus a cloak room are shared between two people (you and the other flatmate).

The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances and utensils. There is also a breakfast table should you be in the mood to have some chitchat with flatmates over a drink or a meal.

Fancy a drink in the sun? No problem. We have a lovely patio outside.

The flat

The flat is on Old Brompton Road, 5 min walk from Earl's Court and West Brompton stations (District, Piccadilly line, and overground). Local amenities in Earl's Court and trendy venues in South Kensington and Chelsea are just a stone's throw away.

The flat is situated in the back of the red brick mansion block, so it's very quiet at a convenient location. And there are 3 bed-sitting rooms in this sociable flat.

Facilities in the flat include broadband, washing machine, dish washer, etc.. Most bills e. g. council tax, water, etc. are included, except energy bills which are around £50 each flatmate per month.
