I have a wide circle of friends who I enjoy meeting up with now we can, as well as having over for meals. As well as this I enjoy spending time at home relaxing watching Netflix or cooking.

I am looking for someone clean and tidy to share the flat with and respect the privacy, space and others needs.

The flat is spacious throughout and has a fantastic bright kitchen/dinner With French doors,, two bedrooms, Virgin broadband and lovely sunny garden. As far as working from home there is a large kitchen table connected to broadband which can be used as an office.

Excellent location – Earlsfield station is 7 min walk, taking you to Vauxhall 9 mins for Central London/West End; Waterloo in 12 mins which takes you to easily to Central London or the City; all easy to get into; Wimbledon is 5 min away. In addition to this is Tooting Broadway underground station (Northern Line and Victoria line via Stockwell).

There are plenty of trendy bars, pubs and restaurants around.

Seconds away green places for a run or exercise and variety of fitness centres to choose from.

The room I am looking to rent is a double with chest of drawers, hanging space and extra storage. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a table and chairs, fridge and the usual stove top and oven.
