Hello future housemate!

One person is moving out soon and so we’re looking for a replacement.

The room is a good sized double room with built-in wardrobe in a stylish and friendly three-bed maisonette in Earlsfield available from 1 August 2026.

A great new kitchen has been installed and the flat has recently been redecorated and recarpeted.

The location is fabulous, two minutes walk to the station, with shops, restaurants and pubs on the doorstep. Its a friendly house, hoping to find a fun and tidy person to join us - ideally someone interested in joining occasional house meals and drinks etc.

You would be sharing with two professionals - John and Patrick. We are both quite active, like to enjoy the local parks etc so are looking for someone who's got similar interests.

The maisonette is a split level furnished flat on the first and second floors of a Victorian house in a quiet street with a garden and large living room.

Duntshill Road is a two minute walk to Earlsfield train station, a 15 minute journey to Waterloo. We’re very close to Putney, Clapham and Wimbledon with lots of green spaces.
