We have a bright spacious double room with built-in cupboards available and are looking for a professional female to join our lovely home.

Separate kitchen with dishwasher, utility room and washer dryer. Large bright south facing lounge with wooden floors and feature fireplace.

Each bedroom is on a different level and you would share the bathroom with one other (as the upstairs room has a bathroom ensuite).

This property is less than 8 mins walk from Earlsfield overground station. The 77 bus runs past the house if you don’t feel like walking. Trains run every couple of mins and arrive at Waterloo within 15 mins.

Earlsfield has lovely cafés, pubs, shops and running routes. There is easy access to Clapham, Waterloo, Wimbledon and Tooting. We are also surrounded by green parks - Wandsworth common and King George Park is on our doorstep.

The room will be available from 31 August and the rent is £850 excluding bills. Bills are approx £130 per month (season dependent) and it goes into a house account.

We are 2 friendly professional females who enjoy a relaxed chilled vibe at home. We are both active and often exploring London, enjoying delicious food, hikes and generally enjoying life.

We have busy jobs and whilst we enjoy each other's company we are respectful of each other's space and downtime. We both do hybrid working.
