Double room in Earlsfield - move in anytime

After a lot of dithering, I am looking for someone to replace my housemate moved in with his girlfriend last year.

It’s a good sized room which will fit a double bed and a size desk (I have both of these). Happy to be flexible on other furniture depending whether you have it or not. Lots of light and storage in built in cupboard.

There are two bathrooms so never any queues!

There is a open plan kitchen / living room and a big TV with Sky. Kitchen has a coffee machine (I drink a lot of coffee), KitchenAid, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Flat also has a balcony with a nice view over the Wandle river / train tracks (don’t worry - double glazing is good) and also have access to roof garden.

New build so bills will be c.£70-100 a month.

5 minutes walks from Earlsfield station which gets you to Clapham Junction in 5 mins and Waterloo in 15-ish. It’s not the Northern Line (but you can get to it in 15 mins or so) but it is very easy to get central. There’s also a big M&S opening 2 mins down the road.

About me: 30 years old and work at Sky so will be in the office 3+ days. At the weekend will likely be in the Wandle, playing squash, or sitting in front of Netflix / playing Fortnite (although I need a PS5).

Looking for someone who has their own life but happy to mong out on a Sunday or go for a pint if we are bored!
