Hello, we are looking to welcome you into our flat in Earlsfield whislt we work away. We have a 2 Double Bedroom's to rent (plus the added bonus of a spare room / office), one with an ensuite and the other with a separate bathroom opposite that would be mainly your use as a separate ensuite in the flat. Overall circa 1000 sq ft / 93m2

The 'Master' bedroom is carpeted, has a double wardrobe and a double chest of drawers, curtains. (Note Photo shows bed)
The 'second' bedroom is carpeted room and has a triple wardrobe, desk and chair, double bed, matrass with bedside tables and built in reading lights and curtains.

Our flat is a three bed with kitchen living rooms on a pedestrianised new build development road on Earlsfield. Note: We store items in the 3rd Bedroom wardrobe.
A tesco and Lidl are within 3 min walk. We are a 12 min walk to Earlsfield overground station which has direct trains into Clapham Junction/Vauxhall/Waterloo. You can be in Waterloo in 15 mins or in the city in 22 mins. We are also a short bus ride walk from Wandsworth Common/Tooting/Wimbledon. There are also lots of buses to take you towards Battersea and Victoria. Earlsfield train station is also connected to Surrey.

We are moments away from the cute village of Earlsfield with many pubs (practically every 200m), cafes, shops. We are minutes from the Leather Bottle, which is said to have the best beer garden in London, or atleast on par with the Ship! We are a 20-30 min walk/10min bus to Southside shopping centre in Wandsworth where there are many shops/ restaurants, a Waitrose, the Cineworld Cinema complex, Gyms, the new Gravity amusement & bowling alley.
St. James Hospital is a stones throw away.
