1 double room, in mixed house (looking for guy)

One of housemates is going abroad so we have a double bedroom available from 26th August (flexible) in SW London, Wandsworth/ Earlsfield.

The house has a spacious living room/kitchen area, 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a garden. The room will be unfurnished apart from a large wardrobe already there. The house is situated on a quiet street less than 10min walk from earlsfield station and close to wandsworth Common too.

You'll be living with Michael (27) a registry officer, Niran (29) works in social media marketing, and myself (28) a Graphic Designer.
We're a super friendly, sociable household and we’re looking for someone who is a similar person and clean and tidy to join us. We enjoy nights where we cook together (love a bbq, house dinner), playing sport (gym, running, tennis) and a good pub quiz night.

We are looking for a guy, to keep the balance (26-32yrs). Ultimately we are wanting our new housemate to be easy going, chill and who we can hang out with and become friends, but ofc do our own things too.

The room is a double bedroom. A light and airy room with lots of storage and a view over grass tennis courts across the road. It has plenty of space for a desk too.

Bills are max £100. We manage to keep it to 70-80 p/m.
