Double bed room in Earlsfield

Hello,
I'm looking for a new housemate in Earlsfield as my lovely housemate is moving out of London!

I'm originally from Yorkshire, in my 30s. I enjoy staying active (running slowly, swimming and the occasional gym class) as well as cooking and theatre trips.
I work in marketing which is a mix of working from home & office. Evenings I tend to exercise/head out for dinner/theatre or have a quiet night in. Ideally looking for another professional with similar interests.

The flat is a ground floor, 2 bed flat where I have lived for 5 years. It's a great area with plenty of cafes and shops around but also super easy to get into London with Earlsfield station 10 minute walk away. It's also easy to hop on the bus to Tooting for the Northern Line or Southfields station is 15 mins walk away for the District line.

The room is a double room with bed, chest of draws, built in wardrobe. There is space for a small desk too. There is under bed storage as well as some extra in the hallway
There's also a bright open plan kitchen/living/dining area with bi folding doors onto a sunny garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ for use when the weather allows!

Move in date can be flexible from late November
