We have an ensuite bedroom available to rent in a newly built 3 bed apartment right beside AFC Wimbledon, as sadly one of our housemates is moving out due to a change in job. The room is available from the 1st of September (but can be flexible on this) for £1200pcm.

The room itself is spacious and really well lit. It will come semi-furnished with an in-built wardrobe. outgoing housemate is looking to sell their furniture (bed, mattress, bedside table, desk and shelving unit) with a hefty discount. The ensuite is super modern with a built in storage cabinet hidden behind the mirror, with a heated towel rack and waterfall shower. There is also plenty of space to put a desk and additional furniture in the bedroom, making it ideal for those looking to work from home.

The apartment comes with an open plan kitchen and living room. It also has a lovely balcony perfect for chilling on in the summertime. The kitchen is super modern and well equipped plus an excellent view of AFC Wimbledon’s pitch, perfect for watching the home games from the comfort of your own home! There is an additional storage room in the apartment too and secure bike storage located under the building. Concierge is available for parcel collection. Bills are not included in the rent and come to about £170ish per month.

A bit about us: we’re both working professionals in our early thirties. We also have a pet tortie cat named Tabs. We’re looking for someone like-minded to hang out with on the occasional evenings and weekends, such as board game evening or watch some trash tv.
