Quiet double room close to transport Earlsfield

I have this lovely ground floor maisonette in Earlsfield, 10-15mins from the station. I actually do it in 10mins but hey, not everyone is as fast as I am😁, so playing it safe.
I am looking for nice, friendly, professional people who are respectful of others and get on with others. I

In addition to my room, I have two double bedrooms for 1 person in each room. One room is already taken and the other is for £820/month (approx £190/week).

Both rooms are newly repainted and newly recarpeted. There are brand new mattresses, new beds, new fridge and some furniture is new. We can also add more furniture if it’s needed. I ask for no shoes on the carpets.

Friends and respectful visitors are welcome but I am not looking for people who want to have loud parties or a constant flow of strangers into the flat. The flat is peaceful and clean and let’s keep it that way.

It is located in a residential area with many shops and restaurants in Earlsfield, Tooting and Wandsworth. Bills are included.

I work in IT. I have massive interest in travel, history, culture and languages among many other things. I am trying to learn Spanish and Portuguese. I am a social, chatty person, love exchanging ideas but at the same time I realise that at home people want to rest and relax.
