We’re Roxana and Tim, and we’re looking for a new flatmate to join our 3-bedroom flat in the heart of Earlsfield. Our current flatmate is moving back home, and we’re excited to find someone who’ll not only enjoy the space but also help make it feel like a proper home.
About the Flat : The flat offers a comfortable and relaxed living environment.
• The Room: A furnished double bedroom with a bed and plenty of natural light.
• Shared Spaces: A cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen that we enjoy cooking in, and a bathroom shared with Tim.
• Amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, central heating, and a backyard that’s perfect for summer BBQs.
• Transport: Around a 15-minute walk to both Earlsfield Station and Tooting Broadway, plus a bus stop right outside the flat.
• Local Area: You'll be right on the doorstep of conveniences like a Tesco Express, with a Lidl and a gym also within easy walking distance.
About us : We’re Roxana (32F), working in sales for a beauty company, and Tim (26M), a tennis coach. We’ve been sharing the flat for a few months and enjoy cooking, travelling, the gym, and the occasional pub trip.
We value a home that feels calm, respectful, and comfortable — somewhere we can all relax after busy days. Cleanliness, open communication, and everyone doing their bit to keep the flat running smoothly are important to us.
Who We’re Looking For : We’d love to find a friendly, independent young professional who’s looking for a balanced home — social but also respectful of each other’s space.
We’d be especially happy to live with someone who values inclusivity, respect, and consideration for others.

• Bills: Not included; usually under £100 per person per month (includes broadband, council tax, and a weekly cleaner)
