👤 LOOKING FOR ONE FLATMATE
Sadly, the time has come for one of our flatmates to move out, so we will soon have a room available. We are currently two guys and one girl, and we have always really enjoyed having a mixed household. To keep that same balance and vibe in the flat, we would ideally be looking for another girl to join us.
🗓 MOVE IN DATE & VIEWINGS
The bedroom is available from 1 November 2026.
We are planning to start the viewings early September :)
👫 ABOUT US, YOUR FLATMATES
~ “Hey, I am Filipe, 33 years old, originally from Brazil 🇧🇷 (if you haven’t been, you must go one day), currently working in the busy construction industry. While I have enjoyed my time in London for the past 8 years, I do miss the Brazilian sun 😂. I am passionate about cooking, coffee, hiking, and discovering new bakeries. I love unwinding at home with a TV show (Friends is my favourite) and a nice bottle of red wine. I am also quite active, so you will often find me at the gym or out for a run 🏃🏼♂️.”
~ “Hey, I am Alex. I’m 33 years old, from Guildford 🇬🇧 so not quite as exotic as Filipe! I’ve been living in London for 6 years and lucky to have found this place in Earlsfield 3 years ago. I have recently been getting back into the gym (inspired by Filipe) and always on the lookout for a tennis partner!”
~ “Hey, I’m Maddie, I’m 25, originally from Melbourne, Australia 🦘🇦🇺. I’ve lived in London for the last 4.5 years working as a paramedic and love living in Earlsfield! I enjoy cooking, coffee, hiking, baking, watching movies, running, netball, brunch, gigs and the pub 🍻”
🏡 THE FLAT
The flat is a modern four-bed and has been recently refurbished. The open-plan kitchen and dining area has lovely bay windows, loads of natural light, and plenty of storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (coffee lover here ☕ haha), toaster, and even an air fryer. We also have a little bar corner, perfect for bringing out a good bottle of wine.
On the living room side, there is a cosy sofa (great for naps), a coffee table, a TV and a cozy reading corner. The broadband is super fast and we have Wi-Fi extenders throughout the flat.
The flat has two bathrooms (one on each floor) which is super handy :)
We are lucky to have a garden too (with a shed for storage) where we love hosting friends in the summer, usually for a barbecue.
The landlords actually lived here before us, so they really put some love into the place. They left all the furniture too, which makes it feel way more like a home than just a standard rental.
The flat also has a separate laundry room on the second floor.
🛏 YOUR BEDROOM & RENT
- Bedroom (Second floor): AVAILABLE ✅
This is the biggest bedroom in the flat, perfect if you like having plenty of space to move around. There is no built-in wardrobe, but the room has shelves, a hanging rail with plenty of space for clothes, and two chest of drawers. The bed frame and mattress are also included.
Rent: £900 per calendar month
☺️ ABOUT YOU
You are easy-going, kind and respectful. We are not the kind of flat where everyone just keeps to themselves. We do hang out, watch a film together, or go for a pint now and then, but we are also big on respecting each other’s space and having our own time.
Everyone does their bit with basic chores so the flat stays clean and easy to live in.
Please be prepared to complete the referencing process with our landlord. You will be required to prove your Right to Rent in the UK :)
📌 LOCATION
The flat is in Earlsfield, on a quiet (but nice) residential street. We are just a few minutes from Garratt Lane, which has loads of restaurants, cafés, and pubs. If you are into green spaces, we are also close to Wandsworth Common (5-10min walk), which is beautiful and has even more cafés, pubs, and places to eat.
Springfield Park is right across the road, with plenty of green space and a great spot for running. There is also a local Sainsbury’s nearby and a good gym close to the flat, which we both go to.

👤 OUR LANDLORD
The landlords are great and always quick to respond. They also have a handyman who helps out whenever needed. The whole flat was fully repainted in September 2025.
⏰ MINIMUM STAY
Since the law changed in the UK earlier this year, there is not really a minimum term anymore. However, we are ideally looking for someone who is keen to stay long term and make the flat feel like home.
