This sublet would be perfect for a friendly individual who’s up for a good chat, loves a bit of banter and bonus points if you like the football (the boys do weekly watches together on the sofa)

10-15 min Walk to Earlsfield overground
15 min walk to tooting broadway tube (northern line), or 5 min bus which is directly out the front of the house
Close by to Lidl, tesco express, sainsburys
Steve (30) and David (27) work from home maybe 2-3 times a week, Danny (30) is a physio so his hours vary!
There’s 2 bathrooms, both with toilets and shower
Excuse the state of our backyard, she needs a bit of love
For the girlys that are interested I feel extremely comfortable living with these boys so would recommend!
