Double Room in two bed flat in Earlsfield.

I have a room available in a 2-bedroom flat in Earlsfield as my current flat mate is moving out as she bought her own property.

The flat is located less than a 5 minute walk from the high street which has lovely cafes, pubs and restaurants. It is less than a 10 minute walk to Earlsfield Station (quick trains to Waterloo/Victoria) and a 20-25 minute walk to Tooting Broadway for the Northern Line. You’ll also be right next to Garratt Green, with Wandsworth Common and King George’s Park both within easy walking distance.

The flat is a bright, well-maintained 2-bedroom space. You’ll be sharing a comfortable living area, kitchen and bathroom. The room is a great size and comes with a double bed, bed side table and wardrobe, however, the landlord have been flexible in the past about removing or providing furniture if needed.

You’ll be living with me - I’m a 33-year-old physiotherapist working at St George’s Hospital. I’m out at work 5 days a week so won't be WFH. During the week, I’m usually quite active at the gym, running, or at a Pilates class. I’ve lived in London for 9 years, so I have a good social circle and enjoy being out and about at the weekends. I enjoy meeting new people and I’d love to live with someone friendly who is happy to grab a coffee on the weekends or chill together with a glass of wine and a movie/series in the evenings while still respecting each other's schedules.
