Cosy room in Earlsfield

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to join us in our three-bedroom Victorian terrace in Earlsfield. The house is pretty much equally between Earlsfield Station, Wandsworth Town and Southfields, so transport is really easy, but the area itself is nice and calm and feels super safe.

The room is furnished with a double bed and you’d basically have your own floor, plus a bathroom that would mostly be yours too. We’ve also got a small garden, an open-plan kitchen/living/dining space, and a couple of study/work areas if you work from home sometimes.

We moved in last year and have been slowly doing the place up and making it feel really homely. We’ve just had a new bathroom done and are gradually decorating and improving bits of the house.

You’d be living with a couple, both young professionals. One of us is a teacher and the other works in finance. We’re both really into sport and spend a lot of time doing things like CrossFit, rowing and ultra running, but outside of that we’re pretty chilled. We love cooking, baking, going out for food and having friends round every now and then, but it’s definitely not a party house.

We’d love someone who’s easygoing, friendly and looking for more of a home vibe rather than just somewhere to stay.

One important thing is that we do have a young Labrador, so you’d need to be happy living with a dog. He’s very friendly and very excitable.
